Terms of Use

Rules for using Plena Finance websites, wallet interfaces, crypto tools, market pages, content, and connected services.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Use describe the relationship between you and Plena Finance when you access the Plena website, use Plena wallet experiences, connect to supported decentralized applications, review market information, or interact with any product, page, feature, content, or service that links to these Terms.

Plena Finance is built around a simple idea: crypto should be easier to use while keeping users in control. That also means every user must understand that digital assets, blockchains, smart contracts, swaps, bridges, and third-party dApps involve real financial and technical risk. Please read these Terms carefully before using Plena.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Plena Finance, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies, notices, or product rules that are shown inside the service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, wallet interfaces, connect features, market pages, or related services.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of Plena is legal in the place where you live or access the service. If local laws restrict your ability to use crypto wallets, trade digital assets, interact with decentralized finance, or access blockchain applications, you must follow those restrictions.

2. Plena Services

Plena Finance provides interfaces designed to help users manage digital assets, view balances, send and receive tokens, swap supported assets, bridge across supported networks, connect with dApps, and review educational or market information. Some experiences may be available through the website, mobile app, browser interfaces, or other official Plena channels.

Plena may also show information about the PLENA token, supported networks, campaigns, airdrops, partner integrations, and ecosystem updates. This information is provided for general use and may change as products, networks, liquidity sources, and market conditions change.

Not every feature is available in every region, on every chain, or for every asset. Plena may add, remove, suspend, or change features without prior notice when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, partner availability, or product improvement.

3. Self-Custody and Wallet Control

Plena is designed as a self-custodial crypto experience. In a self-custodial wallet, you control your assets and transactions. Plena does not act as a bank, broker, exchange, trustee, or custodian for your digital assets unless a specific separate service clearly says otherwise.

Because you control the wallet, you are responsible for protecting your device, login method, recovery method, private key, recovery phrase, passcode, biometric access, and any other credential connected to your wallet. If those credentials are lost, stolen, shared, or compromised, your assets may be permanently lost.

Plena cannot reverse blockchain transactions, recover assets sent to a wrong address, cancel a completed swap, undo a bridge transfer, retrieve funds from a malicious smart contract, or guarantee access if a third-party network or service fails.

4. Account Abstraction and Recovery Features

Plena may use account abstraction or related technology to make wallet setup, transaction signing, recovery, and gas handling easier for users. These features can reduce friction, but they do not remove all risk from using crypto.

Any recovery or login flow still depends on the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your device, the security of connected accounts, and the availability of third-party infrastructure. You should keep your contact methods, recovery methods, and device security current.

You agree not to rely on Plena as the only record of important wallet details, transactions, or tax information. Keep your own records when you make meaningful transfers, swaps, bridge transactions, or other digital asset activity.

5. Transactions, Swaps, Bridges, and Fees

When you send assets, swap tokens, bridge between chains, approve a smart contract, or interact with a dApp, you are asking a blockchain network or third-party protocol to process that activity. Network fees, protocol fees, partner fees, slippage, price impact, exchange rates, and timing may change quickly.

Plena may display estimates before a transaction is submitted. Estimates are not guarantees. Final execution may differ because blockchain conditions, liquidity, network congestion, oracle updates, validator behavior, or third-party routing can change between preview and confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval, including asset type, destination address, network, amount, fees, approvals, and any warnings shown by Plena or a connected service.

  • Transactions on public blockchains are usually irreversible once confirmed.
  • Assets sent to unsupported networks or incorrect addresses may be unrecoverable.
  • Token approvals can allow smart contracts to move funds, so you should review approvals carefully.
  • Bridge transfers can take longer than expected and may depend on third-party validators or relayers.

6. Market Data and No Financial Advice

Market pages, token prices, charts, asset lists, balances, yield information, rankings, news, and educational content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Crypto markets are volatile. A price, rate, reward, or displayed opportunity can move sharply or become unavailable. You should make your own decision, consider your own risk tolerance, and consult qualified professionals when needed.

Plena does not guarantee that any asset will keep value, remain liquid, stay listed, avoid technical issues, or be supported by third-party services. References to tokens, chains, dApps, partners, or ecosystem projects do not mean Plena endorses them as safe or suitable for you.

7. Third-Party dApps and Services

Plena Connect and other wallet features may let you interact with third-party applications, websites, smart contracts, exchanges, bridges, liquidity providers, analytics tools, payment providers, or identity services. These third parties are independent from Plena unless we clearly state otherwise.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, risks, and security practices. You are responsible for reviewing them before connecting your wallet, signing a message, approving a token, or submitting a transaction.

Plena is not responsible for losses, failed transactions, incorrect data, unavailable services, malicious contracts, phishing sites, bugs, or disputes caused by third-party services.

8. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be old enough to use crypto services in your jurisdiction and able to enter into these Terms. You may not use Plena if you are legally barred from using digital asset services, subject to restrictions that prohibit access, or acting on behalf of someone who is not allowed to use the service.

You agree to use Plena only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Plena, other users, blockchain networks, third-party services, or the wider ecosystem.

  • Do not attempt to bypass restrictions, abuse promotions, manipulate markets, or attack smart contracts.
  • Do not use Plena for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, scams, theft, or other unlawful activity.
  • Do not interfere with Plena infrastructure, scrape aggressively, upload malicious code, or impersonate another person.
  • Do not misrepresent your location, identity, ownership of assets, or authority to act for a wallet or organization.

9. Campaigns, Rewards, and Airdrops

Plena may offer campaigns, reward programs, referrals, quests, or airdrops. Eligibility rules can vary by campaign and may depend on wallet activity, timing, supported regions, partner availability, anti-abuse checks, or other criteria.

Participation does not guarantee any reward. Plena may modify, pause, cancel, or disqualify activity from a campaign if we believe it is abusive, fraudulent, automated, misleading, ineligible, or harmful to the ecosystem.

Any tax responsibility connected to rewards, tokens, airdrops, or incentives belongs to the recipient. You should keep appropriate records and seek professional guidance when needed.

10. Security

Security is central to Plena, but no wallet, app, chain, protocol, or device can be made completely risk-free. You should use strong device protection, keep software updated, avoid suspicious links, verify URLs, and review every signature request before approving it.

If you believe you found a vulnerability or security issue, please contact Plena through official support channels. Do not exploit, publicly disclose, or access data or systems beyond what is necessary to report the issue responsibly.

11. Intellectual Property

Plena Finance, the Plena name, logos, product designs, website content, interface elements, graphics, copy, software, and other materials are owned by Plena or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use Plena for personal or authorized business purposes as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Plena materials unless you have written permission or the law clearly allows it.

12. Availability and Changes

Plena may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, upgrades, network congestion, infrastructure failures, security incidents, partner issues, app store review, legal requirements, or other causes.

We may update these Terms, change product features, adjust supported assets or networks, or modify content. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, app, or other official channels. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Plena is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every location.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plena and its contributors, team members, partners, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost assets, lost data, failed transactions, market losses, protocol failures, or third-party conduct.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Plena Finance through the contact options listed on the official Plena website. For your safety, always verify that you are using an official Plena channel before sharing information or acting on support instructions.
